Kimra brings over 35 years of domestic and global executive-level experience in contracts, compliance, procurement, and financial operations—with a career spanning U.S. Customs & Border Protection, multiple state agencies, and industry leaders in oil, gas, and manufacturing. Kimra's leadership in federal contracting, compliance, and regulatory oversight is unmatched—and foundational to every SCADATend project.

Her early career focused on regulating international instrumentation and hydrocarbon import/export activity for companies like Marathon Oil, Raytheon, Dow Chemical, and a wide array of Emerson Electric divisions, including:

Later, she transitioned to overseeing federal contracts and financial operations—serving as Senior Contract Manager for the State of Colorado, where she managed $60 million in Supplemental Nutrition and Medicaid programs and supervised cross-functional teams in auditing, finance, and administration. At the Department of Public Health, she conducted fiscal risk assessments and compliance reviews across hundreds of contracts statewide.

As a National Trade Account Manager and Supervisory Program Manager with U.S. Customs, Kimra investigated fraud, enforced international trade agreements, testified in federal court, and trained thousands of federal employees as a certified instructor. She spent her final decade in Customs managing regulatory oversight for the import operations of companies like Walmart, Costco, Target, and Sears—ensuring contract and regulatory accuracy for massive supply chains.
