The Reason Behind SCADATend

Over more than forty-eight years in engineering and nearly four decades in SCADA, I've seen the same problems repeated across the industry. Projects run over budget. Schedules slip. Commissioning is incomplete. Operations are forced to work around decisions that should have been resolved long before startup.

Those experiences are why SCADATend exists.

Our purpose is simple: to bring operational clarity, project oversight, and experienced guidance to SCADA projects before small problems become costly ones. Many delays, budget overruns, and operational risks are preventable when projects are planned with operations in mind from the beginning.

For nearly four decades, that has been my work—helping owners identify risks, ask the right questions, and keep projects aligned with operational reality.

Our Independence

SCADATend is independently owned and operated. We accept no vendor commissions, referral fees, advertising revenue, or outside financial backing. We do not represent software vendors, system integrators, contractors, or manufacturers.

Kimra and I own the company.
There are no investors, no outside influences, and no sales quotas. Our client is our only responsibility.
