SCADATend provides independent oversight for your entire project—or any phase where experienced support is needed.
Our oversight brings an operational perspective to project readiness, helping protect safety, revenue, and reputation while supporting long-term shareholder value.
Straightforward, Fixed-Price Oversight
We believe you should have a reasonable understanding of cost before starting a conversation with us.
SCADATend project oversight is fixed-price. We define the scope, apply our established oversight process, and provide a project price before work begins. The price does not increase simply because our work takes longer than anticipated.
As a general guide, a 3-month project oversight engagement is approximately $50,000, depending on project scope and complexity. Longer or shorter engagements are priced using the same approach.
What’s Included
The fixed project price includes:
Independent operational and project oversight
Review of agreed project scope and deliverables
Participation in project and stakeholder meetings
Identification and reporting of gaps, risks, and operational concerns
Weekly activity and findings reports
Final project oversight report
Routine travel within our regional service area
SCADATend identifies and reports what we find. Corrective engineering, integration, programming, or other implementation work remains with the responsible project team. This keeps our role independent and helps control the client's cost.
Predictable Billing
Project fees are divided into scheduled invoices aligned, when practical, with the client's normal accounting cycle.
Necessary travel outside our regional service area is reimbursed under the agreed project travel policy. Routine local and regional travel within approximately 150 miles is included in the project price.
A change order is considered only when the agreed project scope materially changes—not simply because the project requires more of our time than anticipated.
No open-ended hourly billing. No surprise project fees. The price we quote is the price you can plan around.
