Walter has successfully directed multi-million-dollar SCADA implementations, rescued failing projects, and enforced accountability across integrators and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with operational goals.

His deep knowledge of pipeline operations, control room management, and regulatory frameworks such as PHMSA and SOX underpins SCADATend’s commitment to delivering reliable, efficient, and compliant SCADA solutions. Walter's career is distinguished by a hands-on approach—whether mentoring technical teams, conducting FEED studies for SCADA platform selection, or leading alarm rationalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Her experience managing high-value service agreements, vendor relationships, and regulatory requirements provides clients with disciplined project governance and strong financial accountability throughout every engagement.
